Through the provision of easily available healthcare services, medication management, patient education, and lifestyle counseling, community pharmacies play a crucial part in the management of chronic diseases. The purpose of this research is to investigate the many roles that community pharmacies play in the management of chronic diseases, as well as the benefits and problems that are associated with their involvement, and the tactics that may be utilized to intensify their influence. Using their accessibility and knowledge to their advantage, community pharmacists have the potential to make a major contribution to the overall efficiency of the healthcare system as well as to the improvement of health outcomes.
