Abstract

The empowerment of women entrepreneurs is integral to fostering inclusive economic growth and development. Women’s leadership development in entrepreneurial business through MSME is critical to improving women’s participation in production and operation management in India. This study provides an overview of the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in India and explores the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises as catalysts for unlocking their untapped potential. Drawing on a comprehensive review of literature, government policies, and initiatives, this study delves into the key factors influencing the entrepreneurial landscape for women in India.
