Abstract

Gender is made up of the two sexes, especially when it comes to social and cultural differences instead of biological ones. Gender problems have more to do with how people are treated than with how men and women are made. Gender issues are not just a problem for women, as some people think. Instead, they are mostly about how men and women interact with the social, cultural, political, and economic systems of society. Gender theory was used to guide the analysis of the work. As well, a qualitative investigation was done. The investigation found that there is a gender gap in the workforce, social, cultural, and educational fields, and that women are trafficked. This led the author to say that women should be given more power through education. The work is only one book, called "The Virtuous Woman." In conclusion, women are treated unfairly in our society. Education and other programs could help women become more independent so that society can become more fair.
