The Journal of Learning and Educational Policy (JLEP) is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed journal. All articles published in JLEP are freely available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication, with no subscription fees, pay-per-view charges, or embargo periods.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

JLEP does not charge authors any Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees. Publication in this journal is free of charge for all authors, regardless of country of origin, institutional affiliation, or funding status.

There are no:

  • Submission fees
  • Review fees
  • Publication fees
  • Page charges
  • Colour figure charges
  • Any other hidden charges

Waiver Policy

As JLEP does not charge any APCs, no waiver program is required or applicable. All authors are treated equally and no application for fee reduction or exemption is necessary.

Funding for Open Access

The journal is supported by HM Publishers and does not rely on APC revenue to sustain operations. This model ensures that financial constraints never prevent high-quality educational research from being published and disseminated globally.
