Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews with teachers across various institutions. The findings reveal a moderate level of ICT adoption, with significant barriers including inadequate infrastructure and lack of training. Despite these challenges, the study underscores the transformative potential of ICT in fostering innovative teaching and learning which improves educational outcomes. Recommendations are provided to enhance ICT integration, including improved infrastructure, comprehensive training programs, and supportive policy frameworks.
