Abstract

This study explores the impact of international legal support mechanisms on social justice, constitutional governance, and human rights outcomes. A simulated dataset was created to demonstrate two groups’ countries that have and do not have international legal support. Welch's ANOVA was carried out on four major indicators: Legal Transparency Score, Constitutional Justice Index, Access to Justice Score, and Human Rights Fulfillment Score. The outcome showed that the group obtaining international legal support had significant improvements (p < 0.001), which were noticeable in all measures. Visualizations such as violin plots reinforced the quantitative findings, showing higher central tendency and narrower variance in supported contexts. These findings affirm the positive influence of global legal collaboration in addressing domestic justice challenges, especially for marginalized populations. The research adds new knowledge to the literature that mixes constitutional law with international legal systems, and it also provides evidence-based backing for the collaboration of courts globally.
