AUTHOR SELF-ARCHIVING / DEPOSIT POLICY
Author Self-Archiving and Deposit Policy
JPOME supports the principles of open science and encourages authors to maximize the visibility and reuse of their published work.
Pre-Print Policy (Before Peer Review)
Authors may post their manuscript to a preprint server (such as SSRN, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, arXiv, or their institutional repository) prior to submission to JPOME. Authors must disclose preprint posting in their cover letter. Posting a preprint does not constitute prior publication and will not affect the editorial evaluation.
Post-Print Policy (Accepted Manuscript)
Authors may post their accepted manuscript (author's final, peer-reviewed version before typesetting) to institutional repositories, personal academic pages, or open-access repositories immediately upon acceptance. The manuscript must include a link to the published article DOI.
Version of Record (Published PDF)
Authors are permitted to post the final published PDF (Version of Record) anywhere — on institutional repositories, personal websites, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or any other platform — at any time without embargo. No restrictions apply. A link to the original journal article (via DOI) should be included.
Licensing
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
